I'm Eliana Lev, and I provide psychotherapy to adults in Los Angeles.

You might relate to some or all of this:

  • Your emotions either feel overwhelming or difficult to access altogether

  • You don't fully trust yourself, so you keep searching outside yourself for the "right" answer

  • You put everyone else's needs first and have trouble knowing what you need

  • You work hard to appear calm and capable while feeling overwhelmed inside

  • You find yourself living cautiously, waiting until you feel confident enough, ready enough, or certain enough before taking the next step

  • Hearing "no," disappointing someone, or feeling criticized can feel far more painful than it seems to for other people

  • Love, care, and support feel like things you have to earn

If any of this is you, hi! I'm glad you found me.

About Me

I work with high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, self-pressure, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves, and with college-aged and emerging adults figuring out who they're becoming next.

My approach blends deep, insight-oriented therapy with body-based tools like EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, so we're working with both your story and what your body and nervous system are still holding onto.

How I Work With You

Therapy is a deeply personal and rewarding endeavor. It enables us to grow into our authentic selves and lead lives that are both meaningful and fulfilling. I create a therapeutic experience where you feel seen, understood, and met. My style is warm, engaged, and gently challenging.

Becoming curious about yourself is the first step. Whatever you're struggling with, I will help you promote positive change, access your internal resources, and utilize your inherent strengths.

Identities of any race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, ability, immigration status, or religion are welcome here. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative.

"We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world."

What Happens When You Reach Out

1

Book a free 15- to 20-minute consultation.

We'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now, and whether it feels like a good fit.

2

We start building a plan together to help you meet your goals.

Based on what you're working through, we decide together which approaches make sense to support you and how those fit into your holistic treatment plan.

3

We begin ongoing sessions.

Regular sessions begin, generally weekly to start, working toward the clarity and change you're looking for.

"Eliana is a curious, deeply committed soul who treats everyone who crosses her path with dignity and love. Anyone seeking healing and support should feel good putting their care in her hands."
